As a nutritionist, I enjoy helping individuals lose weight, improve their health, and feel better about themselves. In my spare time, I enjoy dinners out with friends, Pilates, and dancing! I recently got married, and my husband David and I take ballroom dancing lessons each week. It’s a great way to have fun and burn calories at the same time!
